- 2026 Texas Engineer’s Dinner
We’re excited to once again host the Texas Engineers’ Dinner—now in its 34th year!
The dinner will be held on Wednesday, August 5th, starting around 7:35 PM. We are returning to the same great spot as last year: Round Rock – Salt Lick BBQ.
Please Note: This is an RSVP-only event so the Salt Lick pitmasters can prepare enough BBQ. Spouses are absolutely welcome! Kindly reply to this email or contact any of your hosts to secure your spot.Your Hosts This Year:
